PST Information...

CALL the day before!  Leave a message if needed!

Warrior Challenge candidates are responsible to get a copy of the Monthly PST Schedule from their Recruiter.  The PST schedule is e-mailed to the Recruiters the last week of every month for the next month.

1.  EVERY Future Sailor or their Recruiter MUST contact the POC the day before the PST!  Leave a message with your name, phone number, and PST location and time if necessary.

2.  ALL Warrior Challenge candidates must take the CSORT prior to being classified.  Division Chiefs can administer the CSORT.

3.  Recruiters must drive Future Sailors to the Qualifying, Practice, or 14-day PST.

4.  The PST and swim clinic will take at least 4 hours.  Plan accordingly.

5.  Gear list for participants:
        - Photo ID
        - Swim trunk & towel
        - Running shoes & weather appropriate PT clothes
        - Water & food for after PST
        - Swim goggles (for swim clinic)

SAFETY NOTE:  Wear weather appropriate gear; BE visible if running near traffic; watch your footing.
